Creating Shareable Images

Its fun and easy to be creative. I like to create fun and festive images during the holiday season. I've created images using my cell phone camera, ans well as using fairly priced point and shoot cameras like "Fujifilm Finepix" cameras. I use free image editing programs to add interest to the photographs I take. (At the end of this post, there will be a list of a few free programs that are available.) Editing your images can be really fun. You can add popping color, manipulate color, you can tweak, and twist images,...the fun rarely grows old.

I've taken close-up images of such things as my Christmas tree, and other Christmas decorations in my home. Then I have edited them to my liking, even adding text in some instances. Below are some examples of my creations. You can do it to! Share them on Social Media, you can even create gifts with them, and in some cases, make a little extra cash. How does that sound? Well? Get going then. Have fun.

These are some creations I made this year.

These are a few places where you can go and download free
image editing software.

Good Song!

Charlie's 2016 Christmas.

Charlie my best and closest friend. Charlie has a heart as big or bigger than Mount Everest. Somewhere he finds the positive in just about everything. He teaches I think when he is not aware of it. I know he teaches me about patience, although I am not always the best student. Charlie believes, and hopes in things unwaveringly. During the holiday season Charlie becomes so festive. From Halloween right through until the dawn of the new year that follows. Decorations inside and outside. He brightens some of the darker places with his love.

Charlie has suffered loss of family members over the past few years. The loss of both of his parents, and most recently his Brother-in-law. He misses them badly, but keeps looking, and pushing forward. I met Charlie in the early part of the year in 2011. 2011 and on after have been the best of times with Charlie. Charlie means the world to me, and I truly hope that we grow old together as friends.

This post is dedicated to you, Charlie. And may the world know it too.

Christmas home decor

I'll never grow tired of decorating for Christmas. I have several decorations that I use through the years, some I have gotten from special people. I like to purchase new decorations also, but not a lot. Two years ago I began to collect "PEANUTS" characters. I currently live in a mobile home that I purchased two years ago, and have found that there is not a lot of space for decorating. This year, I was not able to bring out my "PEANUTS" collection for lack of room.
